— Higher education; preferred fields of study: management, psychology

— Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing both soft and hard HR in a technology company

— Experience in creating personnel costs budgets for the entire organization and their monthly execution

— Experience in the area of recruitment and selection – including for director positions

— Experience in implementing the Employer Branding strategy

— Experience in the automation of HR processes

— Experience in creating and implementing financial and non-financial incentive systems

— Experience in creating and implementing employee performance appraisal systems

— Very good knowledge of MS Office

— Knowledge of the English language enabling to enable free communication, both in speech and writing

Your responsibilities

— Activities related to the development of a personnel Policy

— Creation, implementation and supervision of effective incentive systems and the remuneration system

— Personnel controlling and personnel cost planning

— Development, implementation and updating of procedures and policies related to work organization and effective functioning of HR processes in the organization

— Implementation of projects related to the optimization and improvement of HR processes

— Representing organizations at industry events, incl. job fairs, conferences

— Implementation and supervision of the Employer Branding strategy

— Preparation of reports, analyzes and other documents in the HR area

— Cooperation with the management board in the area of personnel policy
